Elizabeth Moberg-Wolff, MD completed a residency in PM&R and a fellowship in Pediatric PM&R. She is triple-boarded in PM&R, Pediatric Rehab Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine. She is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health after serving as an Associate Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Moberg-Wolff runs an independent medical practice, as her favorite thing to do is help patients directly in whatever medical system will provide the best care. She also teaches, authors book chapters, and is a legal consultant. Practice goals include providing coordinated care, focusing on strengths—not just weaknesses—to ensure patients and families have the equipment and resources they need, and enabling clients to achieve their highest level of comfort and independence. She provides continuity of care as her patients become adults, continuing to see them and ensuring their and their family's needs are met.
Dr. Moberg-Wolff is on staff at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (CHW), the Aurora Medical system, the ProHealth Medical system, CHW Surgicenter, and Appleton Medical Center. She has been an oral board examiner and question writer for the American Board of PM&R, and held national leadership positions in the American Academy of PM&R. She teaches medical students, exposing them to the wonderful field of Pediatric PM&R.
